Steps:-

1. Open Youtube in Private Window (Incognito Window). Go To Tools In browser and and click on New Incognito Window or Press Ctrl + Shift + N
2. Open www.youtube.com 
3. Open the Developers Tools in Setting Or Press Ctrl + Shift + i
4. Go to the 'Resources' Tab and Delete VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE   Cookie for the Youtube Domain.
5. Then Goto Console Window and Paste the following Command        document.cookie="VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=Qa1hUZu3gtk;path=/;domain=.youtube.com";
6. After that Reload or Refresh the Page.
7. That's IT......You Got the New Look of Youtube
