The Central Board of Film Certification has cleared 31st October, a film in view of previous Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's death. It highlights Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu.
In any case, it took the board four months to clear the film with a few prescribed cuts.
As indicated by its maker Harry Sachdeva, a hefty portion of the scenes delineating brutality and gore must be altered. "I took nine noteworthy cuts. The blue pencils (CBFC powers) demanded that a portion of the scenes and exchange could impel a specific group so it should have been conditioned down," he said in an announcement in Mumbai.
